Facilitation
Our services include team-building days, conflict resolution, mediation and restorative justice conversations.
REF can facilitate restorative circles; these circles are based on restorative forums for which we won the Howard League Award for Restorative Approaches. They are highly effective at helping 'stuck' teams and 'stagnant' work cultures to move forward together, in a very short space of time.

Restorative forums support teams who might be experiencing tensions, change or re-structure. They can also bring differing groups together. They can last from two hours to a whole day, depending on need. They involve a three-stage process of restorative practice, ending with a problem-solving exercise using a range of facilitation styles, including world café.

We have Level 3-trained restorative justice facilitators who can facilitate conversations between parties in conflict. Charlotte is an accredited facilitator with the Restorative Justice Council.
