REF are an award-winning team providing accredited training, coaching, facilitation and consultancy in Restorative Practices (RP) and Restorative Justice (RJ).
What We Do
Training
We work across all sectors embedding a new way of working together through our practical toolkit of effective communication skills.
Interventions
REF's highly skilled team can facilitate interventions (either 1-2-1 or group) with positive outcomes in highly complex situations.
Consultancy
We integrate restorative/relational cultures across the whole organisation embedded within processes and procedures. We provide better ways of working together, particularly with challenge and difficulty.
Coaching
We deliver executive coaching with a restorative ethos. Our coaches work with our client needs to build confidence, self-awareness and long-lasting change.
The work we create for our clients is entirely bespoke responding to their individual needs. We also offer public courses and events for individual participants.
RJC Registered Provider
REF is proud to be a Registered Training Provider with the RJC, offering a variety of RJC-Approved Courses at Foundation, Intermediate, and Advanced levels.
